Phone Consultation
This will be your initial contact with Dr. Sarah Oreck where she can answer any of your questions about her practice and will help you determine if her services are right for you.
Comprehensive Evaluation
The comprehensive evaluation is a 75-minute detailed assessment of your current symptoms, past medical and mental health history, and life circumstances. At this time, Dr. Oreck will determine if you would benefit from any laboratory testing including, but not limited to, thyroid, vitamin and nutrient levels or genetic testing. At the end of this appointment you will have a specific diagnosis and comprehensive treatment recommendations which may include lifestyle modifications, talk therapy, supplements, and prescription medications. Dr. Oreck will collaborate with you and your other treatment providers to develop a highly personalized and effective treatment plan to optimize your mental and physical wellness.
Reproductive Consultation
The reproductive psychiatry consultation is a 75-minute assessment that is similar in scope to the comprehensive evaluation. It is intended for individuals who already have a psychiatrist and would like specific treatment recommendations before becoming pregnant, during pregnancy, or in the postpartum period. Dr. Oreck will work closely with your primary psychiatrist and treatment team to optimize your mental wellness during this exciting and transformative time in your life. Dr. Oreck will also provide a comprehensive written consultation report for your referring physician.
Ongoing Treatment
After the initial comprehensive evaluation is completed, Dr. Oreck will recommend 45-minute sessions on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your mental health needs and wellness goals. These sessions will offer a multimodal approach of talk therapy, mindfulness based practices, and medication and supplement management. Dr. Oreck will review your progress and collaborate closely with you and your other providers to ensure that you reach your wellness goals.
Concierge Services and Fees
Dr. Oreck limits the number of patients that she works with in order to ensure enhanced care and availability to each patient that she treats. She offers flexible and prompt scheduling for comprehensive evaluations and follow-up appointments and is available between visits for your phone calls and emails. She also provides in-home consultations and treatment as well as sessions over secure video software. In order to provide the highest level of personalized treatment, Dr. Oreck does not accept insurance. She can provide you with a medical receipt that you may submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates are plan-specific and please contact your insurance company to ask what the reimbursement rates are for the following codes:
